On your date of joining. Medical insurance, life cover, Provident Fund, and leave entitlements are all active from day one — there is no waiting or probation period for benefits.
Yes. The group medical policy covers you, your spouse, and children as standard, and you can enrol your parents or parents-in-law at subsidised group rates during onboarding or the annual enrolment window.
New mothers receive 26 weeks of fully paid maternity leave, and fathers and partners receive dedicated paid paternity leave. Adoption and surrogacy are supported with equivalent leave and assistance.
Both you and OneOncology India contribute 12% of your basic salary to your EPF account each month, in line with statutory requirements. You can additionally opt into the National Pension System through payroll.
Yes. Most roles follow a hybrid pattern agreed with your manager, and core-hours flexibility helps you work around commutes, family routines, and appointments.
