A Message to Our Future Colleagues
We are delighted to share important and exciting news with you. Beginning 1 October 2026*, the team currently supporting the OneOncology account will be invited to join the OneOncology family directly as employees of Onehealth Services Private Limited, OneOncology’s India entity.
This transition has been planned collaboratively by OneOncology and Fedora, made in full alignment and agreement. It reflects the value of the work you do every day, the expertise you bring to OneOncology, and our commitment to investing in this team for the long term.
This is more than a change in employer. It is an opportunity to become a direct part of the organization whose mission you already support every day.
You have already played an important role in supporting OneOncology’s success from the outside. Beginning 1 October, we look forward to welcoming you more directly into our organization as we continue building the future of oncology revenue cycle operations together - as OneOncology, Onehealth, and one team.
— The OneOncology Leadership Team

Why OneOncology India
OneOncology partners with more than 2,300 providers across 20 states, bringing technology, operations, and clinical support to independent oncology practices. Our India team is a core part of that mission - not a satellite office, but the engine behind how we operate at scale.
We're building something built to last: stable backing, real infrastructure, and work that directly supports patient care thousands of miles away. If you want ownership from day one and a seat at the table as we grow, this is that opportunity.
Purpose: This FAQ has been developed to provide clear, consistent, and transparent information about the proposed employment transition to Onehealth Services Private Limited. It explains why the transition is taking place, how the process will be managed, what employees can expect to change or remain the same, the actions required at each stage, and the support available throughout the transition.
Employee Transition FAQs
OneOncology is now part of Cencora, a global pharmaceutical solutions leader. As we enter this next phase of growth, we have a responsibility to strengthen how we manage our operations, data, and the protected health information of the patients we serve.
Bringing this team in-house will give OneOncology stronger alignment across revenue cycle operations, data management, and compliance, while also creating a more direct connection with the people who make this work possible. We believe this transition offers meaningful benefits. As a OneOncology employee, you will be more directly connected to the organization you support, with access to clearer career paths in revenue cycle management, competitive benefits, greater visibility into future opportunities, and closer alignment with OneOncology's leadership, systems, and long-term growth.
